Noel and Liam Gallagher 's mother , Peggy , admitted that she was the one who "instigated" the brothers to do one last tour with Oasis .

Starting on July 4th in Cardiff, England, the Live '25 marks the band's first time playing live since their split in 2009. It concludes with two shows in Brazil on November 22nd and 23rd at Morumbi Stadium.

In an interview with Ireland's Mail on Sunday , 82-year-old Peggy revealed that she had a small role in the situation, but that the decision was entirely her siblings' (via NME ).

“Yes, I was the instigator. But it was bound to happen sooner or later,” she commented. “It was their choice, of course. You can’t force them to do something they don’t want to do.”

Peggy also expressed her relief at seeing her children making peace, but admitted she will be “happy” when the tour is over. “It’s great because nobody wants to see their children fighting,” she said. “I’ll be happy when it’s all over because it stresses me out a lot.”

Oasis in Brazil in November

Live '25 world tour will feature 5 stadium shows in South America. Two of these dates will take place in São Paulo, at the Morumbi Stadium, on November 22nd and 23rd. The shows in Brazil will conclude Oasis' return to the stage.

Tickets for the 22nd are sold out, but some sections for the 23rd still have tickets available on the Ticketmaster website .

When announcing the show on X (formerly Twitter ), the band wrote: “People of Brazil. Carnival has arrived early. Get ready and be alert. Oasis will see you soon.”
