Oasis to announce reunion this week, says British newspaper.

The band reportedly signed a contract for a UK tour.

According to The Sun , Oasis is expected to announce the long-awaited reunion sometime this week.

According to the newspaper, brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher have finally worked on a reconciliation and agreed to book a series of concerts in the UK during the Northern Hemisphere summer.

“Liam and Noel have been bitter enemies for over a decade, but they have secretly reconnected,” an insider reportedly told the newspaper. “An agreement was put on the table and they both said yes – much to the surprise of those around them. There will be shows in the UK next summer and both Noel and Liam are eager to get back together.”

Oasis is expected to announce its supposed return in the coming days, with next Wednesday, the 28th, marking 15 years since Noel Gallagher left the band. Other rumors suggest the band may headline Glastonbury.

In May 2023, The Sun had already pointed to a possible Oasis reunion for 2025. At the time, the information was that the brothers were negotiating 4 dates in Knebworth, England.
