“Sweet dreams are made of this” : now you can sleep in the room that the Prince of Darkness inhabited when he was younger, as he himself says in an interview with GQ , upon winning the magazine's “Man of the Year” award in the category that celebrates the artist's career achievements.

Located at 14 Lodge Road in Birmingham, England, the two-bedroom house was home to all eight members of the Osbourne family before they became famous, and now the current resident has decided to invest and charge Ozzy Osbourne to spend the night in the idol's former bedroom.

“He charges 400 euros a night. That damn house wasn’t even worth 300 euros!” reveals the artist. “They must be doing an expensive extension in the bathroom. I’ll tell you what was really strange: I went back to that house many years after I left. When you’re little, everything seems big. But that house was me, my mother and father, my five sisters and brothers – eight of us in that house. It’s so small, I’m like, ‘How the hell did we do that?’”

Ozzy also shared more details about his childhood, stating that he never got to tell his parents he loved them, “My parents never told me they loved me. That wasn’t something you did in our house. If I told my sister I loved her, they’d make fun of me. Even now I tell my older sister I love her and she won’t say she loves me back. When I was a kid it was a sign of weakness to tell your parents you loved them.”

In the same interview, the artist also shared his concern about his health and the COVID-19 pandemic, read here .
