Megadeth is nominated for the 11th time
On December 5th, The Recording Academy announced the nominees for the 2013 Grammy Awards.
In the Best Hard Rock/Heavy Metal Performance category, the nominees were: Iron Maiden – 'Blood Brothers', Halestorm – 'Love Bites (So Do I)', Anthrax – 'I'm Alive', Megadeth – 'Whose Life (Is It Anyways?)', Lamb Of God- 'Ghost Walking' and Marilyn Manson – 'No Reflection'.
This is the 11th time Megadeth has been nominated. The band holds the record for most nominations without winning. At the 2012 Grammy Awards, Megadeth lost to Foo Fighters.
The ceremony will take place on February 10, 2013.
