After so many years, the bitter comments exchanged between the Gallagher are no longer a surprise and are becoming less and less creative on both sides. With a decade having passed since the end of Oasis , the band's name remains alive in the popular imagination thanks to the back-and-forth between Liam and Noel and countless unfounded rumors about a possible reunion.
The most recent jab came from Noel, who revisited a statement he made in 2016, where he joked that he would start a rumor saying he was reforming Oasis without his brother, Liam, and that he would use a hologram in his place.
“I actually said once that I was going to fill the stage with holograms and I think Liam took it seriously,” Noel said. “Liam himself is a hologram. I don’t know if people know that, he’s not really real… But, yes, I would definitely do it. If anything changes, believe me, he’ll be the first to tell everyone,” he concluded.
Recently, Liam Gallagher shared a photo on social media showing himself with bandages on his face to tell his fans that he was in a helicopter accident , but is doing well. "So check this out, I crashed in a helicopter last night but everything's fine. Who said rock & roll is dead?" the artist commented. Maybe Oasis really does need a hologram.
