"I traded going to the bar after shows for going to the gym in the morning," she reports. "I use the right supplements, I eat the right food, I have nutritionists on RP Strength [app], I have an exercise instructor, I drink my green juices, I take my vitamins, and I stay on track."
Last September, Nita Strauss celebrated her sixth year of sobriety. Currently, the guitarist is preparing to release her second studio album .
