Anyone who thought Nita Strauss would abandon metal after agreeing to work with Demi Lovato was wrong. The guitarist is preparing for the release of her second solo album and last week released the new single "The Wolf You Feed," a collaboration with Alissa White-Gluz .

Among the tracks already released from the new album, Nita Strauss has already released "Dead Inside," featuring David Draiman of Disturbed , which made her the first solo female artist to enter the Top 10 of Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart , and then the track "Summer Storm ," a return to instrumental sounds.

Released last Tuesday, the 25th, the video has already surpassed 1.5 million views on YouTube in less than a week. "Actually, this was the first song I wrote for the upcoming album, and I'm very excited to finally release it to the world," commented the guitarist.

Regarding the successor to Controlled Chaos (2018), Nita Strauss explained in an interview with Wikimetal that the tracklist equally balances tracks with vocalists and instrumental music. "You'll have new voices and some you've heard for many years. You'll have incredible male vocalists and also incredible female vocalists," she said.
