According to Billboard , Nita Strauss became the first solo female artist to enter the Top 10 of the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart as a lead artist since the chart was created almost 26 years ago.
Strauss achieved this historic milestone with her single "Dead Inside," which is the guitarist's first to feature a vocalist, singer David Draiman . "Dead Inside" reached the tenth position on the list.

“Dead Inside” is Nita Strauss’ first release since her acclaimed debut album, Controlled Chaos , in 2018.
