Nikki Sixx , from Mötley Crüe , is a great bassist and an important part of music history, but he considers himself something more than that.
Recently, a Twitter user asked who the most underrated bassist in history is, and a fan replied that it would be Nikki Sixx, tagging the musician's profile. He, of course, agreed and simply replied, "Me.".
The statement surprised no one, but it caught the attention of Stix Zadinia , drummer for Steel Panther , who responded: “Yeah, right. MUCH more underrated than Geddy Lee , Eddie Jackson and Skid from Love/Hat and… should I go on?” To avoid being misinterpreted, he added: “That’s sarcasm.”
