Nightwish has finished a new album and plans to release it in 2020, according to the vocalist

Nightwish has finished recording their new studio album, according to vocalist Floor Jansen . During an interview with FaceCulture , she confirmed that the band plans to release the album sometime in 2020.

“I think we made a really good record,” she said, “I’m very, very happy with it. I can’t say too much about it, but a lot of things have changed (…) I believe Nightwish fans will really like the album.”.

The new release will follow Endless Forms Most Beautiful (2015) and the Decades , which celebrated the band's career with a setlist full of hits. More information about the new album should be released soon.
