Angra drummer Bruno Valverde posted a video last Monday, the 25th, featuring Nicko McBrain , Iron Maiden .

The video was recorded backstage after the show by the duo Adrian Smith and Richie Kotzen in London, who selected Valverde as their drummer for the entire tour.

The show took place on March 8th and Nicko went up to play 2 songs with Smith/Kotzen . Besides Valverde on drums, the duo is accompanied on bass by Brazilian Julia Lage , current bassist for Vixen .

In the video, Nicko thanks Bruno Valverde for letting him play his drums. And he sends a message to Brazilian fans, saying he hopes to see them all on Iron Maiden's tour in Brazil in 2022.

"Don't make me cry," says the Brazilian drummer, after receiving praise from Nicko.

In addition to playing with Smith/Kotzen, the Angra drummer was also hastily brought in to complete Sepultura after Eloy Casagrande broke his leg .
