McBrain gives advice to the fan
Iron Maiden drummer Nicko Brain surprised an autistic fan last week with a FaceTime call. Paul, who lives in North Carolina, plays drums and is an Iron Maiden fan.
During the call, McBrain discusses Paul's drumming and offers words of encouragement: "There will be times when you feel desperate, and you have to get through it. Sometimes your hands will hurt, your back will hurt... But persevere."
The drummer also promises the fan a 'tour' to see his drum kit the next time Maiden is in North Carolina.
