This album is the band's first since 2008
Slipknot released their new album, “.5: The Gray Chapter,” today on digital platforms. This is the band's first album since the death of bassist Paul Gray and the departure of drummer Joey Jordison.
Revealed by the hand tattoo in the music video for "The Devil In I ," the new bassist appears to be Alessandro "Vman" Venturella, sound engineer for Mastodon, Fightstar, and Coheed And Cambria, as well as a member of the band Krokodil. Regarding the drummer, rumors indicate that Slipknot is currently working with Jay Weinberg, son of Max Weinberg, drummer for Bruce Springsteen And The E Street Band.
“.5: The Gray Chapter” will be released in physical stores on October 27th.
