Taking advantage of the proximity of Mother's Day, singer and guitarist Lita Ford released her new music video "Mother". The song is part of her latest solo album "Living Like a Runaway" which was released last year.
Lita said the song was written for her children. After her divorce, Lita no longer has the right to contact them. The singer says the song was difficult to record and she still has trouble listening to it.
The video was directed by Victory Tischler-Blue, former bassist of The Runaways. Watch the clip below:
