One of the biggest bands of the Seattle grunge movement has been given a brand new biography detailing its history. Dark Black and Blue: The Soundgarden Story follows the trajectory of the group led by Chris Cornell .
Written by Greg Prato , the book is one of the few that portray the history of the group, which, according to him, is strange, since "it is one of the best grunge and rock bands in the world".
Dark Black and Blue begins by recounting the past of the band members, before they came together and created Soundgarden , and then moves through the period when they achieved great success within the genre. In addition, the book includes interviews with artists such as Phil Anselmo , Marky Ramone, and others.
