Korpiklaani's album will be released on September 7th
The Finnish folk metal band will release their 10th studio album on September 7th via Nuclear Blast.
Jonne Järvelä, vocalist and guitarist of the band, spoke about the band's new work, Kulkija : “We have never been so satisfied with the final result as we are with Kulkija. We tried to keep it very natural, and that's what you'll soon be able to hear clearly. Like a wanderer, this album is a journey that makes you feel good. Stay tuned!”
Sami Perttula, accordionist, added: “Kulkija is not just a collection of songs, it’s a real album, with a unique atmosphere guiding listeners through a long journey. All the songs were prepared in advance and nothing needed to be arranged in the studio; Tuomas [violin] and I had plenty of space to develop and play the folk arrangements.”
