Helena Kotina , guitarist for Nervosa , revealed this Wednesday, the 29th, to The Metal Voice that the band's next album will be more brutal than its predecessor, Perpetual Chaos (2021).
“The entire album is complete. The project will be available after the American summer, between September and October 2023. I composed most of the songs together with Prika Amaral . The new album has many melodies and many classic heavy metal riffs; it's brutal. It's a combination of heavy metal with thrash and death. I can't say anything more,” said Helena.
Last Tuesday, the 28th, the release of the single “ Endless Ambition ” took all the fans by surprise. After Diva Satânica 's departure in January, the track is the first with Amaral as the vocalist. “Prika didn't even know she was going to take over the vocals,” commented Kotina. “But after all the changes in the lineup, she said, 'I'm going to take over because I don't want to bring in another vocalist who might or might not fit into the group.'”
Recently, the current singer had already given details about the creative process of the upcoming album .
Between April and May, Nervosa will be touring Europe. More information can be found on the band's official website .
