Nervosa released their latest single and music video , “Impending Doom,” this Thursday, the 2nd. The track will be part of their new album, Slave Machine , their sixth album, which will be released this Friday, the 3rd, by Napalm Records .

In a press release, the band spoke about the new single: “Dark vibes with an epic feel, a very powerful song to introduce our new album, which marks a big step in our career.”

The sixth album showcases the Brazilian modern thrash metal band unleashing their inner beasts at an impressive speed and with formidable emphasis. Having performed at the world's biggest metal festivals, from Wacken to Hellfest, Nervosa seeks to solidify its position as one of the leading names in the genre. With founding guitarist Prika Amaral established as the new vocalist since the release of their previous album, Jailbreak (2023), they storm the scene with the force of a sledgehammer.

In an interview with Wikimetal, Prika Amaral spoke about the production of the new album: “It will be Nervosa's first album without any guest appearances. And I was also so excited about the vocal aspect that I started testing other things and we ended up saying: 'Dude, this isn't working. We have to deliver.' Because it was truly crazy. We recorded this album in the middle of five tours in six months. I don't know how. It was madness, but we managed it.”
