The Brazilian death metal band Nervochaos released this Friday, the 13th, the single “Torn Apart”, which is part of their upcoming studio album, Chtonic Wrath .

In a statement, drummer Edu Lane explains the story told by the song: “'Torn Apart' is about the game of seduction between a man and a woman. The woman seduces the man to possess him and, along with the creatures of the night, devours him. Completely dominated and facing death, he becomes delirious and perishes. It's an aggressive track, a mix of death and thrash metal with some touches of black metal.”

Nervochaos' new album, Chthonic Wrath, will be released on CD and digitally via Emanzipation Productions on March 31st.

In June, Edu Lane was the guest on the 107th Wikimetal Happy Hour , where he talked with Nando Machado about the album All Colors Of Darkness and the Setembro Negro , which he created and which resumed activities in 2022 with a major edition. Watch it here.
