Subscribers will be able to listen to the musician's releases exclusively
Neil Young has launched a new streaming platform called Neil Young Archives . The service will feature the singer's entire discography, as well as other material released throughout his career.
NYA will have a complete audiovisual catalog of the musician for just $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year. Access to the platform offers high-resolution streams of his recordings, as well as films, videos, books, photos, and manuscripts.
“It’s a lifelong endeavor,” Neil Young said of the platform, “And it will never end.” “If you want to hear my music, I want you to hear it in the best way possible. All my albums will be available to hear first on the platform exclusively. New albums, re-releases, and even previously unreleased material.”
The service is a partnership with Warner Bros. Records and is only available for Apple's iOS system, in addition to the musician's official website . The Android app should be available soon.
Subscribers to the platform will also have the opportunity to purchase advance tickets for Young's shows.
