On the 10th, the music world was in mourning with the news of the death of Neil Peart , drummer of Rush . The musician passed away on January 7th after a battle with cancer.
To honor Peart's legacy, the tribute band Rush Project and Café Piu Piu in São Paulo have come together for a special show with all proceeds going to Hospital de Amor, formerly known as Hospital do Câncer de Barretos.
The event will take place on January 30th and will feature Ivan Busic (Dr. Sin), André Gonzales (SuperOverDrive, Funkacid) , and Vitão Bonesso (Electric Funeral) , among others.
