The Brazilian band 335 released the politically charged single "Cabo Figueiredo" to expose the growing police violence in the country. The release was accompanied by a music video which you can watch below.

“The song represents a perspective, often hegemonic, from Brazil, on the numerous cases of police killings. The 'great irony' of the song comes from verbalizing a sentiment that is both so shared and cynical. Because while one perceives the cynicism of this hysterical and egocentric suffering over the death of another, one also perceives that there are places where one can kill without consequences,” reflects vocalist Lucas Rangel .

Rangel (vocals), Lucas Vale (guitar), Davi Vale (bass), and Daniel Vale (drums) have already released an EP with original songs titled "O Meu Sonho Eu Não Controlo" (I Can't Control My Dream) . Now, the group begins a new phase of their career with this single.

Now available on all streaming platforms, “Cabo Figueiredo” was mixed, musically produced, and mastered by Jorge Guerreiro .
