My Chemical Romance has released a new live version of their biggest hit, “Helena,” which has been certified four times platinum. In addition, the official music video has also been restored.
The release is the second bonus track from the band's upcoming album, Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge (Deluxe Edition).
Earlier this year, My Chemical Romance announced a deluxe edition of their second album, which went triple platinum, to be released on June 6, 2025, exactly 21 years after its original release date.
Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge (Deluxe Edition) is available on CD, various colored vinyl versions, and digitally. Pre-order available on the band's website.
Grammy-winning producer Rich Costey created new mixes for the deluxe edition. The new edition features new artwork, as well as four bonus tracks of songs recorded for the BBC in 2005: “I'm Not Okay (I Promise)”, “Helena” and “The Ghost Of You”. It also includes a live version of “You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison”.
Currently, the band is preparing for the ' Long Live': The Black Parade in North American stadiums, which begins on July 11th. The entire tour sold out just hours after tickets went on sale.
