Musician died at age 66.
On Monday, December 2nd, the music world lost Tom Petty after he was found unconscious at his home in California.
Petty suffered a heart attack and upon arrival at the hospital, the decision was made to turn off the machines.
Musicians have been using their social media to pay tribute to him and express their condolences to his family and friends.
