Mr. Bungle announces a solo show in Brazil. The band will perform in São Paulo on January 26th at Cine Joia. Previously, the show was scheduled to take place in Rio de Janeiro in October 2025, but it was cancelled.
The band led by Mike Patton is also confirmed as the opening act Avenged Sevenfold 's tour in Curitiba on January 28th and in São Paulo on January 31st. Tickets go on sale this Tuesday, December 9th, at 2 PM on the Eventim website .
Mr. Bungle, known for radically mixing genres like death metal, hardcore, progressive rock, and even ska, remains firmly established as one of the most inventive bands in modern metal. Revered by names like M. Shadows, the group revisited their 1986 demo in 2020 with the addition of Scott Ian and Dave Lombardo , creating a new version praised by critics.
After debuting in Brazil at KNOTFEST 2022, the band maintains a heavier phase and tours festivals around the world with a repertoire centered on The Raging Wrath of The Easter Bunny . In 2024, Mr. Bungle drew attention at Hellfest with a performance described as "unpredictable and masterful," even including a tribute to Sepultura alongside Andreas Kisser .
