Mr. Big 's first two albums – the self-titled one and Lean Into It – are arriving in the Brazilian market in new special slipcase . The release is an initiative of Wikimetal and Oporto da Música, which has been bringing new releases of classic rock and metal albums in new editions.
The self-titled debut album, Mr. Big , was originally released in 1989, and introduced the world to the group formed by Eric Martin, Paul Gilbert, Billy Sheehan , and Pat Torpey. The band showed themselves to be full of energy in their first work, starting the album at a frenetic pace with the single "Addicted To That Rush".
The second album, Lean Into It , expanded the group's sound: in addition to the traditional intense hard rock tracks, the album presented a new side of the band, with acoustic ballads such as "Just Take My Heart" and "To Be With You," becoming Mr. Big's most commercially successful work.
The releases are a joint initiative between Wikimetal and Oporto da Música, which continues to bring various titles to the Brazilian market monthly that were previously unavailable, and even some that had never been released in the country before. The new titles join several albums already released through this partnership, from bands such as Van Halen , Twisted Sister , Whitesnake , Metal Church , Overkill , and many others.
Both albums are now available in major stores and online via Wikimetal Store .
