In the year that the live album No Sleep 'Til Hammersmith celebrates its 40th anniversary, Motörhead decided to give fans a gift. One of the new things is the release of a special box set of the album, which arrives on June 25th. The other, more recent, is the release of a previously unreleased audio track of the song "Stay Clean".
During the 1981 tour, Short Sharp Pain In The Neck , several backstage moments of the band were recorded, one of which was the soundcheck audio for the performance in Newcastle on March 30th. The previously unreleased version of the track features Lemmy , Fast Eddie Clarke , and Philthy Animal Taylor .
