Motörhead is a band of undeniable legacy and importance. From its founding in 1975 until the end of its activities after the death of frontman and founder Lemmy in 2015, the group released 23 studio albums that left a mark on the history of metal.
Fusing heavy metal and punk rock, the noisy sound of Lemmy's band helped create speed and thrash metal, which came later. Throughout their career, they also released 10 live albums and 5 EPs, reaching the mark of more than 30 million albums sold worldwide.
