An authorized biography of Motörhead will be released in graphic novel format on September 7th. Written by David Calcano and Mark Irwin and produced by the renowned animation studio Fantoons , the work is titled Motörhead: The Rise Of The Loudest Band In The World .

The 144-page comic book is expected to tell the story of Lemmy Kilmister and the rise of Motörhead as one of the most influential rock bands of all time.

According to Blabbermouth , the story begins in Lemmy's childhood and continues until the recording of Ace Of Spades , the album that propelled the band to international success. Some pages of the graphic novel have been released, and the product is already available for pre-order on Amazon for R$158.20 in the English hardcover version and on the official Simon & Schuster for $29.99 (US dollars).
