Motörhead's picture disc will be released on April 21st.
"Heroes" on April 21st . The song originally appeared on the compilation Under Cöver , which was released in September 2017.
“It’s a great Bowie song, one of his best (…) and Lemmy ended up loving our version ,” said guitarist Phil Campbell.
"He was very proud of it. Not only because it turned out well in the end, but because it was fun," added drummer Mikkey Dee.
The vinyl release also celebrates Record Store Day, an annual celebration of independent record stores. The work includes the "Heroes (The Wacken Family Choir Mix)" , with audio of the audience from the German Wacken Open Air festival singing along.
Lemmy passed away in 2015 at the age of 70 in Los Angeles, after years of battling health problems.
