Motorhead 's album On Parole , recorded in 1975 but only released in 1979, and known as the legendary band's "true" first album, will receive a remastered version with bonus tracks on October 9th of this year via Warner .
The release will be available on a single CD, along with six bonus tracks, in addition to the original and previously unreleased version of “Iron Horse/Born To Lose” and another previously unreleased demo version of “Fools”. Other bonus tracks include “On Parole”, “City Kids”, “Motörhead” and “Leaving Here”.
Furthermore, the project will include new liner notes written by founding member Lucas Fox , the group's original drummer, along with virtually unseen photographs and archival material. A rare version of the cover art, previously only available in Canada, will also be included in the remastered album, the only one featuring the original lineup with Lemmy on vocals and bass, Larry Wallis on guitar and vocals, and Lucas Fox on drums on all tracks, even those where Phil Taylor added his own beats.
