Mötley Crüe ended its activities in 2015
Former Mötley Crüe Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee appear in a post on the band's Facebook page, showing that they are in the studio with the band's longtime producer, Bob Rock.
It is speculated that they are working on the soundtrack for the film that tells the biography of the band, The Dirt – Confessions Of The World's Most Notorious Rock Band.
The film is being directed by Jeff Tremaine and will be distributed by Netflix.
In 2016, Sixx told Metal Hammer that there was "no chance" of the band making another album.
Mötley Crye's last album, Sains Of Los Angeles , was released in 2008. The band said goodbye to the stage in 2015 after The Final Tour .
