Last Thursday, the 7th, Mötley Crüe released visualizer video their YouTube Beastie Boys cover , and their own original song "Dogs Of War".

The three songs were therefore recorded in April 2023, with the collaboration of longtime producer Bob Rock . “It was great to get into the studio and work on some tracks together,” the group said in a press release. “What started as some demo ideas turned into this EP produced by Bob Rock. We’re looking forward to getting back into the studio soon and writing more new music as well,” they stated.

To celebrate the release of their new EP, the band returned to Sunset Strip in Hollywood, a part of the city known for its strong metal scene in the 80s – and where Mötley Crüe began. The musicians performed three intimate shows in classic clubs in the area on October 7th, 9th, and 11th. With tickets selling out in record time, the city saw lines of fans who camped out days in advance to secure a spot at this historic performance.
