Mötley Crüe has released a remastered live version of the track “Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)”. This new release is part of the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the album Dr. Feelgood .
At the time of its release, the album reached #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and earned 6 Platinum certifications. The highlight of the celebration will be a Limited Edition Box Set, available on LP and CD, featuring a remastered version of the original album, as well as rare demos and live tracks.
Dr. Feelgood (35th Anniversary) Box Set also includes a 24-page booklet with previously unreleased backstage and concert photos, a Dr. Feelgood , poster, patch, backstage pass, concert flyer, press kit, medical envelope, and guitar pick.
In addition to the box set, there will be a deluxe streaming version and six different vinyl configurations: an independent store exclusive, a Walmart exclusive vinyl with 3D cover art, a Target exclusive version with Zoetrope vinyl, an Amazon Picture Disc, an Urban Outfitters exclusive edition, and the standard black vinyl. The anniversary edition will also be available on CD with Walmart exclusive 3D lenticular artwork, as well as a standard CD version. All variants feature reimagined cover art.
