This Saturday, the 17th, the production company Free Pass Entretenimento used its social media to officially announce the cancellation of Morrissey in Brazil and the rest of Latin America. The singer was scheduled to perform on February 22nd in São Paulo and February 24th in Brasília.
According to a statement from the production company, Morrissey's tour manager, Donnie Kutson , claimed that the singer "is under medical supervision due to physical exhaustion" and has been ordered to rest for two weeks and remain in Zurich.

Morrissey's tour of Brazil and Latin America was originally scheduled for the second half of 2023. At the time, the singer postponed the dates to the beginning of 2024, claiming to have contracted dengue fever upon arriving in Mexico.
