The former lead singer of The Smiths is coming to Brazil with a tour celebrating 40 years of his career. In Latin America, the 40 Years of Morrissey Tour begins in Mexico City on September 10th, passing through Peru, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina before landing in Brazil.
The setlist for the shows promises to "highlight fans' favorite songs, the ones that made them cry and the ones that saved their lives, from the early days of The Smiths to today," as described in a press release.

Morrissey's shows in Brazil will take place in September, and general ticket sales will begin next Friday, September 30th, at 10 am. Both shows have a solidarity ticket option, requiring a donation of 1kg of non-perishable food (except salt and flour) in São Paulo, or 1kg of dog or cat food, within its expiration date and industrially sealed, in Brasília.
In São Paulo, the singer's performance will take place at Espaço Unimed on September 27th, and tickets can be purchased on the ticket360 . Prices range from R$ 175.00 (half-price general admission) to R$ 780.00 (full price premium general admission), not including any applicable fees. Morrissey's show in Brasília will be on September 30th at Ópera Hall; tickets will be available on the Show Pass (starting June 30th).
