On Friday, the 20th, Monsters of Rock launched the Monsters Challenge , the Monsters 2026 Web Series , and the event's official transportation, offering more convenience, safety, and practicality to the public.
One of the world's most iconic rock festivals now has an exclusive documentary web series. Filmed in January 2026 at the Mercury Concerts in Brazil, the production delves into the event's history and the behind-the-scenes of its Brazilian edition, held since 1994. Produced by Mercury Concerts, the documentary series has eight episodes and is broadcast on the @monstersofrockbr YouTube channel. A new episode will be released every Friday and Tuesday, each dedicated to one of the bands in the 2026 lineup.
Monsters of Rock confirms the acts that complete the lineup for its ninth edition: Guns N' Roses, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Extreme , and Halestorm join Yngwie Malmsteen, Dirty Honey, and Jayler.
The event will take place on April 4, 2026, at Allianz Parque in São Paulo, and tickets are already on sale exclusively through the Eventim website.

Mercury Concerts also announced a Monsters of Rock themed challenge on February 21st, from 10 AM to 12 PM, at the Woodstock Rock Store, with online and in-person participation.
The virtual edition, held on the festival's Instagram during Carnival, brought together 24 participants and around 1 million views, with fans showing off tattoos of the bands from 2026 or creating a new "monster" for the event. In the in-person version, the categories include cosplay ( Axl, Slash , or Lzzy ) and items from past editions of the festival. Winners receive an exclusive Monsters Kit.
The festival provides official transportation to facilitate travel to and from the event, with pick-up points in various neighborhoods of the capital and also in cities such as Campinas and Jundiaí. Tickets must be purchased through Eventim , with selection of location and time, for the price of R$120. On the day of the event, attendees must arrive 15 minutes in advance and present the QR code for boarding.
