Headliners include Aerosmith and Slipknot
Wikimetal has learned that Whitesnake, Aerosmith, Slipknot, and Limp Bizkit will headline the festival, which will take place on October 19th and 20th.
On the first day, the main attractions will be Whitesnake and Aerosmith. On the second day, shows by Slipknot and Limp Bizkit are expected to close the festival.
This year's edition will be the fifth time the festival has come to Brazil, the last time being in 1998. On the other four dates, the headliners were Kiss (1994), Ozzy Osbourne (1995), Iron Maiden (1996) and Slayer (1998). The complete Monsters of Rock 2013 lineup will be announced next Monday, the 17th.
