In a recent interview with Jorge Botas of Metal Global Portugal, Kreator , Mille Petrozza , discussed the successor to Hate Über Alles , the band's fifteenth album, released in 2022. In the conversation (via Blabbermouth ), the vocalist mentions that he has already been working on ideas for the new album.
"I have some demos. I have some songs. We're thinking about releasing a new album in early 2026. I have a few things."
The Kreator frontman continues: “I want this next album to be truly devastating, so I need some time. But on the other hand, I was thinking about it and talking with the band when we were on tour, and I remember we were saying that all those Hate Über Alles had been around for a long time because of the pandemic. We could have released the album a year earlier. And I'm constantly writing things, so since then I've had a lot of riffs and a lot of material we can work with. I've gathered some themes and I have a kind of lyrical direction I want to follow, but it's not quite there yet. 2026 is definitely a very realistic time. Maybe we'll release a single in 2025 or something like that and then move on to the album.”
Hate Ubër Alles was released in June 2022. The recording sessions were overseen by Arthur Rizk , who had previously worked with Cavalera Conspiracy , Code Orange , Power Trip , and others. The album also marked the first recording of bassist Frédéric Leclercq (ex-Dragon Force), who joined the band in 2019.
