"Head Like A Hole" was reinvented by Miley Cyrus for the Black Mirror series
The new season of Black Mirror is now available on Netflix and brings a pleasant surprise. The song "Head Like A Hole" by Nine Inch Nails appears in one of the episodes, but in a slightly different version, sung by Miley Cyrus .
Frontman Trent Reznor gave series creator Charlie Brooker to reinvent the song. According to i News , Brooker suggested the changes to the lyrics and Trent quickly agreed.
“Trent understood from the beginning. It was via email and he was very happy, very quickly. He wanted to see the script and I had to rewrite the lyrics in an upbeat way,” Brooker said. “I’m not the best lyricist in the world,” he joked.
