Shinoda released his EP in January
Mike Shinoda has announced details of his first solo concert since the death of his colleague and friend Chester Bennington.
The musician confirmed that he will perform at the Identity LA festival in Los Angeles, California, on May 12th. The event celebrates the lives of people of Asian descent worldwide.
The news was released through his official Twitter account, where the musician has been revealing information about his solo work and a possible future for Linkin Park.
Shinoda released an EP in January titled Post Traumatic under the name of the Linkin Park frontman and revealed he is working on a solo album.
Chester Bennington passed away on July 20, 2017, at the age of 41. His death occurred just two months after the suicide of his close friend Chris Cornell.
