Portnoy says members caused irreparable damage
Mike Portnoy stated yesterday on Twitter, while talking to fans, that he does not plan to work with the members of Dream Theater again.
Portnoy left the band abruptly during a tour with Avenged Sevenfold in 2010. During the interview, Portnoy said that, before the split, the drummer saw in Avenged Sevenfold the camaraderie that was lacking in Dream Theater.
The statement was in response to a fan's question. While not explaining the details of the separation, Portnoy said a reunion is unlikely because the other members "caused irreparable damage behind the scenes.".
