Former Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy posted two photos of himself and his drum kit in a Los Angeles studio, with the following message:
“Hmmmm… what do we have here?? I’m in Los Angeles recording an album with something NEW… Sorry, but that’s all I can say for now… Other things will be revealed at a later date… Stay tuned!”
The message ends with a hashtag referencing a Prog Metal supergroup:
“#ProgMetalSupergroup Coming soon…”
