Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy has reconnected with former bandmate Jordan Rudess. They met at the sixth edition of the Cruise To The Edge .
On Tuesday, he tweeted: “Absolutely amazing to see my friend @Jcrudess play a wonderful solo show. We had a great dinner together afterwards! #oncefamilyalwaysfamily”.
In 2015, Portnoy and Rudess played with the progressive metal band Haken in New York. Three months later, they were photographed together at a show in California.
