Mangini, considered one of the best rock drummers, played excerpts from "Hot For Teacher" by Van Halen , "Rock and Roll" by Led Zeppelin , "War Pigs" by Black Sabbath , and "Tom Sawyer" by Rush .
Dream Theater is currently promoting their latest studio album, Distance Over Time, which was released in February of this year.
