Mick Jagger tests positive for Covid-19 and cancels Rolling Stones concert.

The band is on tour celebrating 60 years of their career.

The Rolling Stones had to postpone a concert scheduled for Monday, March 13th, in Amsterdam, Netherlands, after lead singer Mick Jagger tested positive for COVID-19. The news was released by the band in a statement.

"The Rolling Stones deeply regret the postponement of tonight's show, but the safety of the audience, musicians and tour crew has to be the priority," they said. The band also apologized for the inconvenience and said the show will be rescheduled soon.

Mick Jagger's state of health has not been revealed at the time of publication of this article.

The show was to take place at the Johan Cruyff Arena as part of the European leg of the Sixty Tour, which celebrates the band's 60-year career.
