In a recent interview with radio host Matt Everitt , Mick Jagger revealed that he has no plans to write an autobiography "anytime soon" and recalled the time when he started one in the 1980s.

According to Jagger, he didn't feel the urge to put his life story on paper during social isolation, as other artists did. "If you want to write an autobiography, that's not a process that can be done in a week – it demands a lot from you. It requires you to relive emotions, relive friendships, relive highs and lows," the musician reflected.

Commenting on the only time he attempted to write his memoirs, Mick Jagger recounted that the experience wasn't the best, stating that "there weren't many high points" in the process. "When I really started focusing on it, I didn't enjoy it much... reliving my life at the expense of the present," he said.
