Mick Jagger is recovering after undergoing heart surgery

The Rolling Stones' lead singer is under observation in a New York hospital

According to the website, the singer will remain in the hospital in New York under observation for four to five days to ensure there are no problems.

No Filter tour has been postponed, with no new dates yet announced. In a statement before his surgery, Jagger said: "I hate to disappoint you, I'm extremely disappointed to have to postpone the tour, but I'm looking forward to getting back on stage as soon as possible."

The tour organizers told the band's fans that their tickets are still valid for the rescheduled shows.
