Throughout Bullet For My Valentine's, guitarist Michael Paget had the opportunity to play with bands he always admired and meet many idols. Even today, he remains a "fanboy," as he told The Wikimetal Happy Hour

Asked if he had gotten used to these encounters with names like StevenHarrisfrom Iron Maiden and James Hetfieldfrom Metallica, he denied it. “No, it blows my mind and I freeze. I’m not very good in those situations. Matt [Tuck, vocalist] and the other guys laugh and have fun and I’m just [speechless],” he said. “I get terrified, but I’m lucky to be able to meet them all. I’m still a big fanboy.”

Bullet For My Valentine is preparing for the release of their seventh studio album, which bears the band's name and was delayed due to pandemic-related issues. Promoted as the heaviest album to date, Bullet for My Valentine will be released next Friday, November 5th.
