The ceremony will be in May.
Revolver magazine's annual awards show, the Revolver Golden Gods Award Show , will pay special tribute to Metallica , Rob Zombie, and Tony Iommi this year.
Metallica, in addition to performing at the festival, will receive the Ronnie James Dio Award, given to artists for their lifetime achievement. Rush, Motley Crue, Lemmy Kilmister, and Ozzy Osbourne are other artists who have previously received the award.
Rob Zombie will receive the Golden God award for representing the spirit of Hard Rock and Metal. Gene Simmons and Alice Cooper have also previously received this honor. Tony Iommi will receive the Lord .
The ceremony will take place on May 2nd in Los Angeles.
